Orders and Shipping Policy

Cautionary Advice

My items are all handcrafted. Plush are well stitched but may not hold up to strong pulling or hard play. Items are not recommended for small children or pets in case of a choking hazard.

My production area is pet free, but it is still located inside an area where a dog is present. If you have serious allergies to dogs, I recommend not purchasing anything from my shop.

Please note colors may vary due to monitor/screen or dye lot. Most minky used is from Shannon Fabrics.

Your discretion is advised. I will not become liable for any incidents.

Custom Orders

Items on the site that are customized will take longer. For a more estimated time, review the item or email me. If you have seen something that was previously made and is not listed or you would like a commission, please send me an email for pricing and production time.


Shipping policy

Unless stated “Ready to Ship”, my listed items are made upon order completion and payment received. Production time is listed with each item and is subject to the quantities of that order, materials in stock, other orders placed. I can not accept Rush Orders unless the item is “Ready to Ship” and the increase cost of shipping will be on the buyer. You will need to contact me prior to placing the order.

U.S. Orders

I ship USPS Priority and USPS First Class. At this time, USPS Priority includes insurance and tracking with an estimated two to four days for your package to arrive. USPS First Class can take up to seven days to arrive.

International Orders

At this time, Shipping for International Orders are not listed as an option. Please email me to discuss the destination address and obtaining a shipping quote for USPS First Class International. The estimated time is up to thirty five days. All Customs Fees are the buyer’s responsibility and any holds or delays from Customs are out of my hands.

Lost or Damaged

By default, items are not insured. If you wish to purchase insurance for your order, send me an email before or promptly after your order and I will send you an up charge invoice. Even though I am not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged, I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returned Mail

Items will be shipped to your confirmed address. Check your address to make sure there are no errors before you complete your order. I am not responsible for incorrect information. If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee which will need to be paid before the package will be sent again.

Holidays and Rush Orders

All items are hand crafted and any item for a special occasion or holiday, the buyer should review the production time of the items requested. I cannot guarantee making items in time for a specific date. I advise ordering with a month or two before said date.

I can not accept Rush Orders unless the item is “Ready to Ship” and the increase cost of shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. You will need to contact me prior to placing the order.

Refund Policy

Exchanges are accepted for items that were described incorrectly or misrepresented. You will be responsible for shipping the item back and the cost of the new shipping.  No personalized items can be exchanged, sale is final.
